The Three Measurements That Matter
Place the tape close under the armhole at the fullest part of your bust. Measure from side seam, around and back to the same side seam.
Keep the tape parallel to the floor — snug but not tight.
Measure at the narrowest point — usually 2–3 cm above your belly button. Place the tape from side seam, around and back.
Exhale naturally before taking the measurement.
Place the tape approximately 20 cm below your natural waistline at the fullest part of your hips. Measure all the way around.
Stand with feet together for the most accurate result.

Fit true to size, no need to downsize with this one. Lovely adjustable fit and ideal for our not so cold Brisbane weather all year round. Doesn't button the whole way down so just be aware there will be a little peak of skin depending on how high waist you wear your pants.
I love the pattern of this top! The quality is nice - I love that it's lined! In terms of fit, it's slightly tight across my chest but the next size up would be too big (this is the reason why I said it runs small, fits fine everywhere else). If you have a large bust, keep that in mind.

Love this top! Bought it in marigold and really considering going back and buying more patterns in prep for summer. Super easy to dress up or down. Definitely would keep to your usual size to avoid gaping with the button front and just adjust with the drawstring back for your desired fit. I’m usually a 16/18 DD and i personally had no issues with gaping.
